Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Grangemouth-based client on a full-time, permanent contract.

As a Team Leader within our client's industrial division, your main responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising a team while promoting a strong health and safety culture
Overseeing industrial operations including chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, water jetting, and environmental response
Liaising with depot teams and site contacts, including audits, permits, and worksafe observations
Driving company vehicles, including towing equipment, and carrying out daily defect checks
Supporting efficient and safe project delivery across multiple sitesWhat we're looking for?
To be successful, you'll have proven team leadership experience along with:
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
Strong knowledge of working at height and in confined spaces
Experience using high-pressure water jetting equipment
Relevant certifications such as CCNSG, First Aid, MEWP 3a/3b, and Forklift (preferred)
