Clyde Valley Housing Association (CVHA) is recruiting for a full‑time Senior Housing Officer to join our housing team on a permanent basis. The work pattern is 35 hours per week. The Senior Housing Officer manages the Housing Officers within our Customer Success team, who are critical to Clyde Valley’s success. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver an efficient, effective and responsive housing management service, supporting and sustaining successful tenancies, involving customers in service improvements, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to provide the right solutions at the right time. The role also drives service improvements and ensures high‑quality, responsive support through effective communication informed by customer insight, engagement and feedback, while building strong relationships to promote tenancy sustainment.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Leading and Managing the Customer Success Team Oversee Housing Officers to ensure delivery of an efficient, effective and responsive housing management service.
* Championing Customer Service Excellence Ensure services align with Clyde Valley Group’s Customer Promises and standards, focusing on quality outcomes and reducing customer effort.
* Driving Service Improvements Use customer insight, engagement and feedback to inform continuous improvement and enhance communication across the service.
* Promoting Tenancy Sustainment Support successful tenancies through proactive engagement, problem‑solving, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Ensuring Compliance and Accurate Records Maintain customer records and associated data with care, ensuring GDPR compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
* Providing Performance Reporting Deliver timely and accurate management information to monitor KPIs and service standards.
