Our PMO Midlands team is expanding its Controls community. We seek passionate and ambitious candidates across all professional, senior professional, and managerial grades to support early careers, grow into leadership roles, and foster our values, especially Bringing out the best in Everyone.
With growth in the region, including new Major Programmes and Projects, we are looking for flexible, mobile Planning, Scheduling, Performance Reporting, and Risk Management candidates to deliver services locally. Travel within the Midlands may be required and will be discussed during recruitment. This role offers exposure to diverse sectors such as Power, Water, Rail, Mass Transit, Local Authority, and Shipyards, providing opportunities for professional development and bespoke client solutions.
You will be part of our Project Controls team on high-profile infrastructure projects, providing performance reporting and analysis. Responsibilities include developing work breakdown structures, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing control reports, and offering performance recommendations.
Required experience includes working in a project controls environment within the infrastructure sector (Energy, Defence, Rail, Airports, Highways, Water/Utilities) and familiarity with Programme Controls Management, Earned Value (EVM), Change & Risk Management, Planning, or PMO. Candidates should be qualified graduates in relevant disciplines with some experience, proficient in Primavera P6, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication, schedule construction, and schedule monitoring skills.
