As an Associate Azure Engineer, you will be a critical escalation point within the support team. Your primary responsibility will be investigating and resolving support cases escalated by the service desk team, ensuring issues are managed and resolved effectively and efficiently.
As the Azure Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
* Take ownership of complex Microsoft Azure incidents, changes, service requests, and problem records, driving them to resolution.
* Serve as a technical escalation point within the team.
* Achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Support Team Manager.
We'd love you to have:
* Experience working on Windows and Linux operating systems.
* Beneficial Microsoft Azure certifications:
* Azure Administrator Associate
* A demonstrated passion for continuous learning, with a drive to stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
