* Service, repair and maintain a wide range of plant and heavy equipment to manufacturer standards.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues both in the workshop and on-site.
* Use advanced diagnostic software (full training provided) and digital reporting tools.
* Upsell service solutions to customers — with bonus incentives for leads you generate.
* Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and customer communication.

👷♂️ What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Strong experience in servicing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
* Solid IT skills and the ability to use digital diagnostic tools.
* Customer-first mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel to sites across the region.
