This role is ideal for brokers who are passionate about property, understand Dubai’s fast-moving residential market, and are driven to close deals across sales and leasing.

Key Responsibilities
* Source and manage clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent residential properties
* Conduct professional property viewings, advising on layouts, amenities, communities, and lifestyle benefits
* Provide accurate guidance on pricing, market trends, and investment potential
* Negotiate sales and tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations
* Prepare and manage offers, contracts, MoUs, and tenancy documentation
* Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, investors, and fellow brokers
* Stay informed on new launches, handovers, and secondary market activity
* Deliver a high standard of customer service to secure repeat business and referrals
Requirements
* Experience in residential real estate or sales (Dubai market experience preferred)
* Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently
* Professional appearance and client‑focused mindset
* Valid UAE driving license
* Financial readiness to support up to six months in a commission‑only role
* Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base
* Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage)
* Must be 20 years of age or older and fully confident working on a commission‑only basis
