* You will assist with the development of risk assessments by collaborating with managers on data collection, hazard identification and the application of control measures. In addition, you will participate in routine reviews to ensure all assessments are kept up-to-date and accurate.
* Maintain comprehensive records of incidents and accidents while supporting investigations by using findings to spot patterns, suggest enhancements, and improve both wellbeing and operational efficiency.
* Support safety culture initiatives through briefings, toolbox talks, and training, working with internal and external partners to improve Magna’s safety systems and digital reporting. A comprehensive Role Profile is attached to this advert.
What you need to be successful:
* Demonstrable interest and understanding of UK Health & Safety Legislation, accompanied by a practical knowledge of how risk assessments and safety audits are conducted in accordance with established standards.
