A large Facilities management company with 2000 employees and a £30 million turnover is seeking a strong Operations Manager for their Hub based in Crawley, managing two satellite sites in Slough, Bristol, and Portsmouth. This role reports directly to the CEO.
The Hub coordinates all sales orders for windows, doors, and conservatories, ensuring timely delivery to the satellite sites for the fit teams to collect and install.
Salary is up to £55k with an OTE of £70-£75k, along with a company car and fuel card, 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, life assurance (3 times salary), and pension.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an installations background, with previous P&L responsibility and the ability to manage people remotely. Experience in the double glazing field and direct sales is advantageous.
