Job Description:
My client is a leading professional services firm with multiple sites across the UK, seeking a new member for their prudential risk team to work across their 1st and 2nd line risk functions. You will address aspects of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk, playing a key role in implementing their prudential risk framework supporting clients.
The role offers flexible remote working, with occasional visits to the London, Birmingham, or Manchester offices.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
* Understanding of Prudential Regulations to draft policies that meet regulatory requirements
* ACCA / ACA or CIMA qualification
* Comfort working between the 1st and 2nd lines of defense
* Experience with credit risk, liquidity risk, or operational risk frameworks, including ICAAP and ILAAP reporting
* Ability to build relationships across business areas to ensure policy adherence
* Capability to work from the top down, collaborating with C-suite executives and business users to implement policies
* Ability to challenge users to ensure policies are followed
