Position Summary
* Ensure that any health and safety guidelines are followed in accordance with the EHS organisational arrangements roles and responsibilities, including maintaining (and improving were possible) 5S standards and ensuring the correct PPE is worn.
* Assembling kits following work instructions.
* Visually inspecting kit components for damage during assembly process.
* Achieving required targets.
* Populating route cards and day by the hour boards.
* Recording scrap accurately.
* Involvement in the High Performing Team (HPT).
* Support assembly related issues when required using A3 problem solving tools.
