Responsibilities
As a Project Manager joining our team, you’ll do:
* Manage complex Healthcare projects within Scotland, involving a combination of:
* Administer the NEC4 suite of contracts
* Projects involving multiple services provided by AECOM
* Manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close out)
* Work mostly independently but receive basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions
* Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* You will ideally be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to successfully support and lead construction projects.
* Pre and post contract design /project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* NEC4 Contract Administration (Accreditation if positive)
* Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic)
* Robust Stakeholder Management process
Preferred Experience/ Qualifications:
* Academic Qualification – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master’s Degree
* NEC 3/4 accreditation
* Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, APM or other equivalent institution
* Has clear understanding of NHS Scotland requirements, such as NHS Scotland Processes, Governance and Compliance.
