This Nursery in the BS15 area is looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role
A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner supports the learning, development, and care of children from birth to five years old. You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote communication, physical skills, and emotional wellbeing. You will observe and assess children’s progress, working closely with parents, carers, and professionals to meet each child's needs. Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment and following safeguarding policies in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework are essential responsibilities.
You will be expected to:
* Hold a relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 3 in Early Years Education).
* Demonstrate a warm, nurturing, and patient approach with children.
* Understand child development and use this knowledge to plan appropriate activities.
* Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Follow safeguarding procedures and prioritize child welfare.
* Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
* Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through play-based learning.
