Northcote, a 26-bedroom country house hotel with a Michelin star restaurant led by Lisa Goodwin-Allen, is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our award-winning team in the picturesque Ribble Valley.

What you'll do:
* Oversee daily hotel and restaurant operations, lending support where needed.
* Monitor team productivity and wellbeing.
* Ensure efficient processes across all departments.
* Collaborate with senior management to adapt to organizational changes and drive business development.
* Help lead our passionate team to achieve company goals and exceed guest expectations.
