We are working with a well-established and growing professional services organisation to recruit a highly organised and proactive Business Support & Recruitment Coordinator.
This is a pivotal, hands-on role supporting senior leadership while playing a key part in recruitment coordination, business operations, and management reporting. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the centre of a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Leadership & Business Support
* Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars
* Preparing meeting packs, reports, and presentations
* Taking minutes and tracking actions to completion
* Acting as a key point of contact across teams
* Supporting leadership with day-to-day administration
Recruitment Coordination
* Managing end-to-end recruitment administration
* Posting job adverts and responding to candidate enquiries
* Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
* Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate trackers
* Liaising with agencies and third-party suppliers
HR & Office Support
* Coordinating new starters and onboarding processes
* Supporting payroll and HR administration
* Managing shared inboxes and handling incoming enquiries
About you:
* Has experience in a business support, team assistant, or recruitment coordination role
* Ideally has a background in recruitment or business support (rather than pure HR)
* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Communicates confidently at all levels
* Is proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
* Can handle confidential information with professionalism
