We’re on the hunt for Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning in the fantastic schools we work with across Llanelli. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or just starting out, we’ll help you find the right fit – from day-to-day cover to long-term placements.

What we’re looking for from our Teaching Assistant:
Fluent Welsh speaker – both written and spoken
A genuine passion for helping children thrive
Classroom experience of 6 months or more is preferred but 6 months working with children is a must!
A positive, can-do attitude
Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches is a real advantage
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
