What to expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner
* Ensure every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
* Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
* Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
* And most importantly… have FUN!
