Position: Internal Account Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Perks: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Summer BBQs, Team Events, Yearly Bonus
Work Week: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm

What You'll Do:
As an Internal Account Manager, you'll be the backbone of the customer service and inside sales team. You'll work closely with external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure we're delivering exceptional service and support at every turn.
Here's a taste of what you'll be up to:
Proactively contact "General Account" customers to anticipate future demand
Correspond directly with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance
Support our external Account Managers across the globe with day-to-day operations
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with complaint resolution
Process orders, invoices, and credits with precision and efficiency
Obtain, evaluate, and process all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide accurate pricing and delivery information to customers
Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts as needed
Manage customers' accounts within our ERP system with meticulous attention to detail
Keep thorough records of customer interactions and transactions
Communicate and coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless operations
Follow up diligently on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
Uphold the good reputation of the company through your professionalism and dedication
What You Bring:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in customer service or inside sales
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems preferred
