We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative based in the United Kingdom to join our team, helping us open new markets and accelerate our expansion. This position is 100% remote, reporting directly to the Sales Development Representative Manager, and requires fluency in Spanish, as the local team is based in Spain.
Although you will be working remotely from the UK, you will collaborate closely with the entire SDR team in Spain, receiving their ongoing support and guidance.
The primary goal of this role is to generate new business opportunities in the Spanish market, contributing to the company’s growth and positioning in the region.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time).
Budget for this position: £20,000 GBP (gross annual salary).
Responsibilities:
* Prospect the market using different channels: cold calling, email, social media, and other methods best suited to the market.
* Conduct initial contact and qualification of leads.
* Understand clients’ needs and challenges to align them with Harbiz’s solutions.
* Position Harbiz against competitors with a clear, value-based pitch.
* Lead demos and negotiations through to successful delivery and/or deal closure.
* Generate and close sales opportunities (including contract signing).
Technical Skills:
* Fluency in both English and Spanish
* Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, or as an Account Executive (ideally in SaaS or tech startups).
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and objectives effectively.
* Persuasive writing skills for cold emails and social media messaging.
* Strategic, results-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Proficiency in sales interviewing techniques and structured active listening.
* Passion for the startup ecosystem, technology, and the wellness sector.
