Residential Sales Agent – Cheltenham
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded property firm in Cheltenham. We are seeking a motivated, professional individual to support our clients residential sales department, with a particular focus on mid- to high-end homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the residential sales team, focusing on premium market segments.
* Confidently pitch for and secure new agency instructions.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular and effective communication.
* Stay up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
* Provide professional, enthusiastic advice at all times, including conducting market appraisals and negotiating the best possible sale price on behalf of clients.
* Manage the effective marketing and promotion of properties for sale.
* Handle daily applicant enquiries—phone, email, and walk-ins—ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
* Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
* Take ownership of the sales process from instruction to completion.
* Prepare reports and offer ongoing advice to clients where required.
* Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and company policies, including the Property Misdescriptions Act, ISO standards, Money Laundering Regulations, and Health & Safety procedures.
* Participate in structured daily team meetings.
* Carry out any additional duties that may reasonably be required.
Candidate Profile
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and nurture long-term client relationships.
* Proven sales focus with experience progressing deals through to completion.
* Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities.
* Demonstrable experience and success within Estate Agency
* Full driving licence essential.
