Associate Town Planner
Winchester (Hybrid).
We are a growing boutique planning consultancy in Winchester seeking an Associate Town Planner to join our expanding team. You will work closely with Directors, taking ownership of a varied caseload across residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments, managing projects from initial appraisal through to determination and appeal.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage a varied caseload of residential, commercial and mixed‑use development projects.
* Manage projects from initial appraisal through to determination and appeal.
* Build and maintain client relationships.
* Prepare high‑quality planning submissions and advise on planning strategy.
Qualifications
* MRTPI‑qualified planner with at least five years’ post‑qualified experience, gained in consultancy, local authority or both.
* Experience managing appeals and strong report‑writing skills.
* Commercial awareness and ability to advise on planning strategy.
* Advantage: boutique consultancy experience and knowledge of the South East planning landscape.
