Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Media (G.63) you will lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across some of McCormicks core European brands. This role is pivotal in driving media excellence across both traditional and digital channels, with a strong focus onPaid Search,Programmatic, andSocial Media(paid, earned, and owned). You will act as a strategic partner to regional and local marketing teams, ensuring media investments are insight-led, performance-driven, and aligned with brand objectives.

Media Strategy and Leadership
1. Develop and operationalize holistic media strategies across EMEA, spanning TV, Connected TV/OTT, DOOH, Search, Display, Programmatic, and Social. Championing a media-neutral, consumer-centric approach to planning and execution.
2. Partner with local marketing teams, finance, procurement, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns that reflect the full consumer journey and brand values.
