We are growing fast and looking to fill a number of roles in our Business Development & Customer Success team.
You will join a small team based in our Reading office near to Reading Station. Due to data security requirements, postholders will be required to undertake their role at our office in Reading.
These roles cover a range of customer success and business development tasks including responding to inbound and outbound sales opportunities, offering technical support and guidance to our customers, and managing our expanding client base of organisational customers, many of whom are based internationally.
The ideal candidates will be conscientious with close attention to detail, and will become independent in the day-to-day management of Psychology Tools business. Previous experience of working with highly confidential information in a customer focused environment in business development or customer success roles will be an advantage.
