* Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales.
* Meet KPIs and ensure your store is thriving and profitable.
* Lead, inspire, and develop your team to achieve store objectives.
* Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, Health & Safety, and store presentation.
* Manage stock levels and control costs effectively.
