We're looking for a Senior Consultant to define new enterprise services, governance models and service structures that will form the foundation of a ServiceNow-enabled Enterprise Service Management operating model. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a major transformation programme.

* Create service definitions and ownership models
* Develop governance frameworks to underpin the ESM operating model
* Define service KPIs and SLA
* Produce ServiceNow-ready service catalogue input
