About The Role User-Centred Design & Research: Conduct user research, gather insights, and create personas to ensure designs meet user needs and Correla SaaS objectives Design and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences. Collaboration Across Correla SaaS: Work closely with Engineering, Product and Business Development teams to translate requirements into user-friendly interfaces. Design System & Accessibility Standards: Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and adherence to best practices across all SaaS products. Continuous Improvement & User Testing: Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate designs to improve engagement, adoption, and overall user experience. Working in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams and projects, while upholding a high level of UI/UX standards and maintaining a keen attention to detail. About You User Experience (UX) Expertise: Strong and in-depth understanding of UX principles, research methodologies, and usability best practices AI-Assisted Design & Automation: Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate wireframing, prototyping, and user research, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
