Future Build Recruitment is currently working with a Tier One Residential Contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a new scheme just outside Maidenhead.
The opportunity is to lead this scheme from the outset and then form an integral part of their senior delivery team in the medium to long term, having successfully delivered this major project for a valued client.
The Project:
£55 million New Build Housing scheme comprising apartments, maisonettes, and houses of both RC Frame and Traditional build construction. The project will also include various community elements in addition to the 400+ residential units.
The Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects over £30m from start to finish, on-site, and be accustomed to managing site team managers, reporting to Director level. Responsibilities include creating programs, leading health & safety and quality assurance, evaluating risks, and driving value. The candidate will have regular direct contact with the client and be comfortable chairing progress meetings with various stakeholders.
