Swim sits right on the seafront of Lyme Regis, perched along Marine Parade with unbeatable views over the Jurassic Coast. From sunrise coffees to cocktails at sundown, we serve great food, great drinks, and a relaxed, buzzing atmosphere — all with the sea practically lapping at the door.
We're a busy, all‑day café‑bar serving breakfast favourites, burgers, seafood, and seasonal dishes. Now we're looking for a Chef who can bring skill, energy, and personality to our kitchen.

What You'll Be Doing
* Cooking consistently great food across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
* Running your section with confidence
* Keeping waste low and standards high
* Staying on top of food safety (we like our guests healthy and happy)
* Helping with prep, stock, and daily organisation
* Working closely with the team to keep service smooth
* Bringing ideas, energy, and pride to the kitchen
What We're Looking For
* Solid chef experience in a busy kitchen
* Confidence across multiple cuisines
* Strong food safety knowledge
* A cool head when the tickets start flying
* Someone organised, reliable, and detail‑driven
* Happy to work evenings, weekends, and peak‑season shifts
* A team player who enjoys a laugh and a good service
