Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager – Children's Residential Care Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum performance-related bonus Working Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (40 hours/week) Pay Per Sleep: N/A Service: Children’s Home Service Users: YPs with EBD Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards it) Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in residential care with children, including 1 year in leadership Employment Type: Permanent The Home: Number of Beds: 3 Bed Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire Type of YPs: Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Ofsted Rating: Brand new provision (awaiting inspection) Who we are looking for… An experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is confident, compassionate, and ready to lead a new children’s home. You must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a residential children’s home, and 1 year in a leadership role. A strong understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and safeguarding is essential.
