Business Development Executive – £25,000- £28,000 Uncapped Commission– Milton Keynes The Role Do you have proven experience in B2B telesales and the confidence to speak with decision-makers? Intricall is a specialist B2B telecoms company based in Milton Keynes, we are excited to appoint a Lead Generation Executive to help us at a key stage in our growth. You will be central to creating the opportunities that shape our success. You will connect with business decision-makers, uncover their challenges and spark the conversations that lead to lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Make proactive outbound B2B calls to warm and cold prospects across SMEs and large corporates. Build rapport and ask insightful questions to identify real business needs. Communicate our telecom services with clarity and confidence. Handle objections with a positive, professional approach. Qualify prospects and book high-quality appointments. Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline using our CRM. Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure smooth lead handover. Work towards achievable KPIs that value meaningful conversations over call volume. The Company Intricall are a specialist B2B telecoms company. The Benefits £25,000 – £28,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Annual performance bonus and company pension scheme. Up to 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. Early finish on Fridays.
