Our client, a leading Technology company is looking for strong additions to their Investor Relations team
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders
* Prepare and deliver investor communications, including earnings materials, decks, reports, and disclosures
* Partner with finance, leadership, and legal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
* Track investor sentiment, market trends, and peer activity to inform strategy and leadership decisions
Qualifications
* 3–8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, corporate communications, or related roles
* Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets (tech sector preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
* Experience working with public or late-stage private tech companies is a strong plus
