Your new role
As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be the "go-to" for all things around Business Intelligence. You will be key to designing and delivering scalable Power BI solutions that empower data-driven decisions across the business. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will lead the development of a centralised semantic data model, integrate diverse data sources, and create impactful dashboards and reports.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in a Business Intelligence Developer role or similar
2. Expert-level knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and semantic modelling
3. Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and data integration
4. Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and pivot tables
5. Experience with dataernance and quality assurance practices
6. Ability to manage large datasets and optimise Power BI performance
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Strong stakeholder management
