This is an exciting and challenging role within our Caroline Salt Centre CSC (Inclusion Hub) and the successful applicant will have patience, a sense of humour and an ability to relate positively to young people; all of whom will need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.
You will join a dedicated team, providing behaviour support to pupils, challenging and motivating pupils, understanding and supporting their needs and promoting their self-esteem.
You will be expected to support pupils with challenging behaviours to help them develop their social and emotional wellbeing to improve their behaviours, as well as provide guidance, motivation, and role modelling; the role will also involve setting goals to improve behaviour and focus on aspirations in next steps and career goals., This role is customer facing and therefore in line with the Immigration Act 2016; all applicants must be able to demonstrate fluency of the English Language to the level defined in the job description.
Band 5 (SCP 6) Actual Salary: £22,350 - £22,766
