We're now on the look out for a consultative results-driven Account Manager to join the growing Cazoo & MOTORS team!

What you’ll do
* Manage a high-volume account base, becoming the trusted go-to expert for our suite of advertising solutions.
* Use performance analytics to highlight value, proactively identifying trends that help dealerships stay ahead of the competition.
* Execute a structured call cycle to review campaign performance, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and secure long-term retention.
* Work with autonomy to meet and exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs through smart negotiation and relationship management.
Who you are
* You have a track record in Account Management (ideally managing a high volume of SME accounts)
* You can talk shop with a dealership owner or dive into the weeds with a marketing manager, adapting your style to fit the room.
* You don't just see numbers; you see a narrative. You can explain the 'so what' behind the data to a non-technical audience.
* You are naturally organised, results-driven, and enjoy negotiating deals that benefit both the client and the business.
