Whether you're an experienced recruiter or have a minimum of two years in B2B sales and negotiation and are ready to transition into recruitment, we’d love to hear from you. While knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, what matters most to us is your personality, drive, and determination to succeed.
We’re currently hiring for two key positions within the business and are open to candidates at both entry and senior levels.
1. Trades and Labour – Supplying skilled tradespeople, labourers, and machine operators to construction, maintenance, and fit-out projects across the UK. With a strong client base and a reputation for reliability, we’re expanding our team and looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of both client development and candidate delivery
2. White Collar - Providing high-calibre white-collar professionals to construction, maintenance, and fit-out contractors across the UK. From site managers and engineers to commercial and office-based staff, we deliver both temporary and permanent staffing solutions that keep projects on track and teams performing at their best.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment and remain composed under pressure. They’ll bring a positive, engaging personality with strong rapport-building skills, and communicate confidently both in person and over the phone. Professional, presentable, and resilient, they’ll be a motivated self-starter who also works well as part of a team in a dynamic office setting.
Package & Benefits
* Starting Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Commission: Uncapped and highly competitive – experienced consultants typically earn between £60,000 and £100,000+
* Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays
* Additional Benefits: Company car or car allowance
* Location: Based in Northampton, with the option to discuss a hybrid working model
