Main duties of the job
As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice providing assessment, screening and treatment services, advising patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GP's as necessary.

* Undertake the collection, storage and dispatch of pathological specimens
* Other administrative and professional responsibilities
What you will need
* Current NMC Registration
* We are looking for an experienced nurse who can help us to manage QOF etc or Diabetic Specialized
* Practice Nurse experience within Primary Care is essential
