Trainer Required in London – IT Standards and Excellence in Operations
Course Dates: 24 – 28 November 2025
Timing: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Cambridge for Global Training is seeking a highly qualified trainer to deliver our upcoming course “IT Standards and Excellence in Operations” in London.
This is a 5‑day, in‑person programme, and the trainer must be based in London or nearby.
Trainer Requirements
* Must be based in London or surrounding areas
* Minimum 10 years of experience in IT standards, governance, service management, risk, and compliance
* Strong background in the following areas:
o ITIL / IT Service Management (ITSM)
o IT Governance (COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000)
o ISO/IEC 27001 & Information Security
o Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
o IT Operations and Cybersecurity Risk Management
o Previous experience delivering corporate IT training
o Ability to provide practical insights and real‑world case studies
Course Objectives
* Understand key IT standards and frameworks, including ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, and COBIT.
* Implement effective IT governance aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
* Optimise IT service management processes such as incident, problem, change, and service level management.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry IT standards.
* Apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
