A well-established South Wales firm with a strong private client and Court of Protection offering is looking to expand its Swansea team. The firm has built a solid reputation in this space, acting for vulnerable clients, families and professional deputies across a wide range of matters.
The Court of Protection work is a key part of the wider private client team, with a consistent flow of instructions and strong internal referrals. The team is experienced and supportive, offering a good level of supervision while allowing autonomy over your caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing deputyship and Court of Protection matters
* Advising on financial affairs and welfare applications
* Supporting vulnerable clients and their families
* Liaising with the Court, medical professionals and third parties
* Managing files from instruction through to conclusion
Qualifications
* Be a qualified Solicitor with Court of Protection or Private Client experience
* Have strong client care and empathy
* Be organised and detail-focused
* Be comfortable handling sensitive matters
