* Manage a varied and high-quality caseload covering all aspects of Family Law
* Work on complex High-Net-Worth financial matters, Children Act proceedings and wider family issues
* Handle a mix of advisory and contentious work, including TOLATA and injunctive matters
* Exposure to international elements, reflecting the firm’s wider reach
* Play a key role in developing and growing the team’s presence across Stamford and the surrounding areas
* Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop the next generation
* Work closely with Partners and contribute to the strategic growth of the department
* Deliver excellent client service while working in a commercially aware way
You
* Qualified Family Lawyer with around 6+ Years PQE
* Strong experience across a broad family caseload including divorce, HNW financial remedy work and children matters
* Comfortable handling complex and sensitive cases with confidence
* A natural relationship builder who enjoys working closely with clients
* Proven ability or genuine interest in business development
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but is equally confident working independently
* Organised, proactive and commercially minded in your approach
* Keen to continue developing your specialism within a supportive and forward-thinking firm
