Junior IT Service Desk Analyst
Refresco - Kegworth Head Office
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm (Hybrid offering; 1 day WFH)

Key responsibilities:
* To act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from IT customers regarding IT issues and queries.
* To act as first line support – troubleshooting of IT related Incident and Problems across software and hardware on devices such as Smart Phones, Laptops, PCs and Printers.
* To escalate unresolved calls to the relevant 2nd line support teams.
* To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles and processes.
* Managing new joiners and the leavers process.
* Setting up company equipment.
* To provide basic in-house training for users.

We are seeking an individual who has a passion for IT and a desire to develop their skills within our Company. You will be an avid problem-solver, technically capable and have a passion to fix things. The post-holder will be a strong communicator, perhaps with experience in a customer facing role.
