Job Title: Online Sales Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Online Sales Administrator to join an aspiring and professional catering company based in Pudsey. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and conscientious. The primary responsibility will be to sell catering equipment to commercial catering businesses, including restaurants and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process online and telephone orders for B2B customers
2. Convert incoming telephone enquiries into sales
3. Provide excellent customer service
4. Engage in proactive telesales from lead generation
5. Meet monthly team sales targets
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Sales or customer service experience
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work well in a team
Additional Details:
Hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am-4pm on Friday. Salary is dependent on experience.
