About the Role
1. Full‑time 1:1 support for a student withplex behavioural needs
2. Working closely with teaching staff, SENCO and external professionals
3. Helping the student regulate, engage and access learning
4. Providing structure, encouragement and calm, consistent guidance
5. Playing a key role in the student’s progress and wellbeing
What You’ll Need
6. Essential: Experience supporting students withplex behavioural needs on a 1:1 basis in a UK school within the last 2 years
7. Strong behaviour‑support skills and a nurturing, resilient approach
8. Ability to build trust, maintain boundaries and stay calm under pressure
9. A genuine passion for helping young people thrive
10. A team‑focused attitude and amitment to safeguarding
