We’re hiring an experienced Senior Agile Coach to work across multiple product squads, building complex, data-driven platforms for a global digital transformation program.
This is not about running ceremonies. This is about coaching product teams at scale, driving delivery across 2–4 squads, solving real-world product challenges, and embedding outcome-driven ways of working into highly cross-functional teams.
All fully remote, with timezone alignment for optimal collaboration.
🎯 Your Role
1. 🧭 Coach 2–4 squads simultaneously on real-world agile delivery.
2. 🔬 Guide lean product discovery, rapid experiments, and data-led decisions.
3. 🤝 Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers, and Business Leaders.
4. 🔗 Align product strategy with technical execution across multiple teams.
