4. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supplier accounts.
5. Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
6. Prepare payment runs and ensure timely processing of payments.
7. Reconcile supplier statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
8. Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
9. Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
