Working for an award winning UK Insurance Broker. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in an office environment with great attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Insurance knowledge/experience would be desirable but not essential for this role. This role will see you supporting with general enquiries, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, closing sales, invoicing of premiums and cross-sales. Role Responsibilities: Assisting in achieving income targets by providing an excellent level of service. Liaising with clients to understand their requirements Obtaining policy extension terms and presenting to clients. Issuing policy extension documentation. Handling client queries via email or via the telephone. Skills and experience: 1 years' previous experience providing specialist insurance advice is desirable. Excellent client service skills. Cert CII qualification (or willing to undertake the study). Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to process work quickly and efficiently. Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
