Central Reservation & Events Co‑ordinator
Salary:£27,413 – £29,410
Location: Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
Working arrangements: Full‑time (35 hours per week). Standard hours 9:00‑17:00, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.
This role supports regional event planning and delivery, ensuring seamless logistics and an outstanding delegate experience for face‑to‑face conferences and digital events.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Experience in delivering face‑to‑face conferences from conception to delivery.
* Demonstrable record of running virtual meetings and digital events with internal and external attendees.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to multi‑task and work to tight deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in a complex environment.
* Experience of budget management for small projects.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and database systems (e.g. CRM).
* Experience of using online event tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey, Slido, Microsoft Forms).
* Willingness to travel across the UK and work flexibly.
Desirable Skills
* Experience delivering large digital or hybrid conferences.
* Driver and access to car transport for regional travel.
* Experience working in a professional/membership or health/NHS organisation.
* University degree level qualification.
