Key Responsibilities

5. Sales Leadership: Deliver a private-pay acquisition strategy aligned with business growth targets.
6. Team Management: Coach and inspire a high-performing sales and telesales team.
7. Conversion Optimization: Manage the full acquisition funnel, enquiry, qualification, conversion, onboarding across digital marketing channels, partnerships, and inbound enquiries.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Services, and Field Operations to optimise the customer journey.
9. Data-Driven Decisions: Track KPIs, build dashboards, and use analytics to improve performance.
10. Compliance: Ensure processes meet consumer law, GDPR, and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

11. Experience in sales, tele sales, or customer acquisition within a target-driven environment.
12. Strong closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
13. Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build trust quickly.
14. Empathy and professionalism when supporting vulnerable or elderly customers.
15. High attention to detail when handling personal and financial data.
16. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Desirable:

17. Experience in healthcare, care services, or subscription-based business models.
18. Knowledge of Direct Debit processes.
19. Familiarity with CRM systems and contact centre operations.
