Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full time working hours

The Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator
* Order Processing - accurately process customer orders, with relevant quantities, prices, and charges. Manage orders to meet customer requirements to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full. Manage customer expectations in a proactive manner via telephone/email.
* Customer Queries - ensure customer queries/concerns/complaints are answered and logged where appropriate in the relevant databases. Manage customer expectations proactively and assist with their queries through to resolution.
* Departmental Procedures - ensure that all procedures are met, relevant correspondence and documentation is filed appropriately, and databases are maintained.
What are we looking for in a Customer Service Administrator
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail
* Motivated and resilient
* Experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential
