Position: Sales Administrator Location: Hemel Hempstead Business Park (You'll need a car - free parking is provided!) What You’ll Be Doing: As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring orders are processed smoothly, customers are supported brilliantly, and everything behind the scenes is running like clockwork. Key Responsibilities: Processing B2B and B2C sales orders across global platforms (Amazon, eBay, Macy’s, Target, Costco – training provided) Creating invoices, credit notes and uploading to customer portals Coordinating with UK & US logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch Helping manage key retail accounts Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and export documentation Handling customer service queries (email and phone) Coordinating courier collections and sample orders Preparing for sales meetings (gathering samples, arranging refreshments, etc.) Supporting sales teams with exhibitions and demo stock management Keeping product and logistics documentation accurate and up to date Requirements What You’ll Need: Proven stable experience within an Administrative role or Sales Support gained within the UK.
