Job Description:
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Lecturer in Brickwork and Multi Skills to design, develop, teach, and assess Brickwork and Multi Skills programmes for full-time students.
About
General Duties
1. To provide a welcoming reception for students, visitors, and staff, ensuring all visitors are signed in and issued with a visitors badge.
2. Greet callers and connect calls to the correct extension as required. Process enquiries, take messages, and deal with all internal and external communications effectively.
3. Process outgoing mail as needed.
4. Accurately process student enrolments and receipt monies for various payments including educational visits, materials, exams, etc.
5. Work across departments as directed, contributing to the smooth running of departmental administration.
6. Assist with inputting data and producing reports and statistical data as required.
7. Process student absences, early leavers, To Whom letters, and similar correspondence.
8. Support and assist with College events such as Showcase Information Events, Parents Evenings, Admissions Evenings, and Enrolments, including outside of office hours.
The candidate may also be expected to teach on other trade programmes and undertake tutorial and pastoral duties.
