Responsibilities
* Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
* Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar efficiently.
* Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding dental services.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
* Process payments and manage billing inquiries as needed.
* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is preferred, particularly in a healthcare setting.
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in using office software and equipment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
